"I have lived on Hilton Head Island, the home of the Verizon Heritage Classic, for 33 years. I am a former PGA Tour Player and 5 time participant in the Heritage. Currently, I am the Director of Golf Instruction for The Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. I also host the Doug Weaver's Hilton Head Island Golf Weekly television show for WHHI, a local station.

My teaching brings me in contact with golfers of all skill levels and backgrounds. To Grow the game my goal is to get people playing and having fun with the game. The learning can be hard for some and with an easy to do, and even more fun doing program, you can have a game for a life time.

I give over 24 hundred lessons a year and see 17 thousand swings on film so you can say I have seen it all. If your Tom Cruise in Tin Cup or a brand new golfer I can help you.

Corey Lundberg

Corey has been an instructor and golf professional at the University of Texas Golf Club since 2005, where he is responsible for the development and execution of several successful Golfer Development Programs. Prior to his move to Austin, Lundberg had worked on the staffs at Preston Trail Golf Club and the Northwood Club in Dallas. Lundberg was a three time member of the Dean's List while a student in the Professional Golf Management program at Arizona State University and was the recipient of Acushnet PGM and Southwest Section PGM Scholarships in 2005. He has earned two (Golf Operations, Instruction) of the available six certifications in the PGA of America's Certified Professional Program. In 2008, Lundberg received the STPGA Assistant Golf Professional of the Year award; nominees are considered on their overall performance as a golf professional and having an outstanding record of service to their facility and Section. The chairman of the STPGA's Assistant's Committee for the past three years, Lundberg dedicated himself to the creation of the Committee's "Apprentice Orientation Program" and the "STPGA Mentorship Program" with the goal of preparing apprentice professionals for success throughout their involvement in the PGA of America's Golf Management program.

As an instructor, Corey believes in providing each student with a personalized and detailed plan for improvement catered to each individual's goals, motivations, ability level, and time commitments.

Corey is now the Head Golf Professional at the Club at Carlton Woods in Houston, TX.
